====== Tallinn University of Technology Robotics Club ====== TUT Robotics Club was established by TUT students in May 5th 2006. It is meant to unite students interested in robotics. The club has 20 official active members and a wide support group. ===== TUT Robotics Club’s Goals ===== * Unite students interested in robotics. * Systematic development and broadening of knowledge about robotics of the club’s members. * Development and popularization of the field of robotics. * Create a good learning environment for acquiring technical education. * Creating international connections and cooperation with other robotics clubs and organizations. * Involving the private sector of economy in education and research activities * Organize and participate in contests and other activities involving robotics. ===== Goals for the Semester 2009/2010 ===== * Successful participation of the robotics competitions [[http://www.balticrobotsumo.org|Baltic Robot Sumo 2009 Fall]] and [[http://www.balticrobotsumo.org|Baltic Robot Sumo 2010 Spring]]. * Successful participation of the robotics competition "[[http://www.robotex.ee|Robotex 2009]]." * Successful participation of the robotics competition "[[http://www.robotchallenge.org|RobotChallenge 2010]]". * Involving new students in the activities of our club. * Continue the course for high-school students. * Continue the cycle of seminars for university students. * Establish liaisons with other robotics clubs and organizations. ===== Activities in Semester 2009/2010 ===== * Moved into a new bigger room in July 2009. * Participating in "[[http://www.robotex.ee|Robotex 2009]]" robotics competition. * Co-organising "[[http://www.robotex.ee|Robotex 2009]]." * Executed a five-day course of robot building for high-school students. * Executed a cycle of seminars for university students regarding robotics. ===== Our Contact via e-mail ===== {{kontakt:e_kirja_aadress.png|}}
